My background

In 2014 I started my own commercial excellence consultancy. Using methodologies based upon my twenty years of international business experience, I have helped organisations such as Akzo Nobel, Axalta, Beaulieu, Borealis, Federal Mogul, Hella, and Holland Colours. Coaching leaders to support change in high performance teams has been integral to my approach.

In 2018 I became a partner in SPOSEA, focusing on the optimization of pricing through a combination of professional expertise and digitalization.

I have worked in senior commercial and operational leadership roles for AkzoNobel and

McLeod Russel.

I combine strategic oversight with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to creating competitive advantage through commercial and operational excellence. Understanding the full value chain enables me to get to the heart of the matter quickly. Engaging people at all levels and building trust-based relationships enables me to create buy-in and drive action. My leadership style is authentic, collaborative and outcome driven. I believe in getting to an 80% solution quickly and improving as you go.

I am driven to ensure that customer needs are reflected in value propositions. I believe these propositions are most effectively delivered when professional operational, sales and marketing teams work together, supported by the correct data, technology, pricing strategies, and end to end processes.
